Our Story

Built on Trust, One Repair at a Time

Mike Torres left a corporate plumbing chain because he was tired of upselling customers on work they didn't need. He started Rapids Plumbing with one van, one toolbox, and one promise: honest work at fair prices.

Today, that promise hasn't changed. We've grown to a team of 8 licensed plumbers, but we're still family-owned, still answering our own phones, and still treating every home like it's our own. Our reputation was built one neighbor at a time — and we plan to keep it that way.

  • Family-owned & locally operated

  • 8 licensed, background-checked plumbers

  • Upfront pricing on every single job

  • We answer our own phones — no call centers

Our Values

What We Stand For

These aren't just words on a wall — they're how we run every single job.

  • Respect Your Time

We show up when we say we will. If we're running late, we call. Period.

  • Honest Pricing

The price we quote is the price you pay. No bait-and-switch, no hidden fees.

  • Do It Right

We fix the actual problem — not the easy thing. Quality work means fewer callbacks.

  • Treat Homes Like Ours

Shoe covers, drop cloths, cleanup. We leave your home cleaner than we found it.
